FAQs

Do I have to be a NAFA member to attend?

It is recommended that all IMOs have a NAFA membership upon registering.  However, if this is your first time attending a NAFA function, we welcome you regardless of your affiliation.  Please contact Jeff Mose  for questions about becoming a NAFA member (jeff@nafa.com).

What is the cost to attend?

NAFA members receive one free admission to a NAFA event each year.  To receive your discount code applicable at registration, please contact Scott Hinds at scott@nafa.com.

The standard NAFA IMO Member fee is $350.  First-time IMO attendees (non-members) are also asked to pay $350.

Returning non-member IMOs are asked to pay $1,500.

Registration fees for carriers, vendors and media are outlined on the registration site.

Attendees are responsible for hotel accommodations and flight expenses.

What is the dress attire?

For the welcome reception and business sessions, business casual is recommended.
